WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Our project management folks should bring the following qualifications to the table:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to various styles and client priorities.
A self-starter attitude, comfortable with open-ended problems, and capable of creating a suggested plan.
Proficient in project and process management, adept at managing deadlines and multiple priorities.
Critical thinking skills to best guide our clients.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

We require a minimum of an Associate's Degree.

We require 2+ years of experience in assistant, administrative, project management, or similar work.

Candidates must be proficient in Google and Microsoft suites and have reliable computer and Internet access.

REMOTE ROLE
This job is entirely work-from-home within the US, as our clients and teams are spread out geographically.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Hours start at 15 hrs/week and can grow from there, and for the most part you're able to set your own schedule.
GROWTH
OPPORTUNITIES
Pay starts at $20/ hour for virtual assistants; $27/hr for marketing assistants; and $30/hr for bookkeepers, with ample potential for growth.
