MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

We require a minimum of an Associate's Degree.

We require 2+ years of experience in the relevant role or one that’s similar.
We also require that you’ve freelanced as your full-time gig for at least 2 years, are not in school, and do not have a full-time W2 role.

Candidates must be located in the US full-time. We also do not hire in California.

BENEFITS WORKING AT THE BOUTIQUE COO
REMOTE ROLE
This job is entirely work-from-home within the US, as our clients and teams are spread out geographically.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Hours start at 15 hrs/week and can grow from there, and for the most part you're able to set your own schedule.
GROWTH
OPPORTUNITIES
Pay starts at $20/ hour for virtual assistants; $30/hr for social media managers and bookkeepers, with ample potential for growth.
