CHOOSING THE BOUTIQUE COO
Turning Point Kitchen & Flooring is a family-owned business based in Los Angeles, CA, owned by Aaron and Naomi Gottlieb. They were looking for a marketing partner to support them as they aimed to expand their brand recognition in their local service area. Aaron & Naomi wanted to increase their foot traffic by marketing themselves online and posting signage in locations where their customers might be present.

Beginning with the pieces that would maximize results, we made various changes to the website’s user interaction (UI) experience, added live animations, & SEO optimized the copy to attract more high-intent, local buyers to the website.

Finally, we optimized their digital channels to reflect their new brand and link to their updated website. We built a content calendar to target their ideal audience and strategically showcase all the services Turning Point offers. We created a wide variety of content, including product highlights, service spotlights, and before-and-after photos.
One thing that stood out to Aaron & Naomi is how incredibly fast we deliver. The projects we tackled for them usually take other marketing teams months to implement. But we managed to get everything done in a few short weeks, without needing tons of feedback from them.
